Synergy Dynamics · Employee Assessment
Terms
Effective 20 August 2026
By using Corporate Weapon you agree to what is on this page. It is short, because the game asks nothing of you: no account, no payment, no personal data. See the privacy page for what is stored on your device.
It is a joke
Corporate Weapon is satire. Synergy Dynamics does not exist. Priya, Greg, Maddie, chad, Denise, Dave, Katherine, Jordan and Tyler are invented, and any resemblance to a real colleague is the point of the joke rather than a claim about them. The result at 5pm — the four-letter code, the aura, the stats, the rating, the career suggestions — is entertainment. It is not a personality test, not a psychometric instrument, not careers advice, and not a performance review, whatever the fine print on the landing screen says. Please do not make an employment decision, about yourself or anybody else, on the strength of it.
The apps in the game
The workplace tools shown in the game — Synergy Connect, Synergy Mail, Synergy Docs, the Synergy Dynamics workspace, the Synergy Service Desk — are fictional products belonging to a fictional company, written as parody of the genre. Where a real product, platform or company is named in the writing, it is named to refer to the real thing in a work of satire. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and all trade marks remain the property of their owners.
What you may do
- Play it, as often as you like, for free.
- Save, post and share your card and your result anywhere you want. It is yours. That is what it is for.
- Link to the site, to a result page, or to any part of it.
What you may not do
- Republish the game's content — its writing, its cards, its images or its code — as your own, or sell it.
- Attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the site or with other people's use of it.
- Use it to harass anybody, including by presenting a result as a genuine assessment of a real person.
Everything in the game — the writing, the artwork, the cards, the code — is
copyright Brian Jin, except where stated otherwise.
Advertising
This site carries third-party advertising, which is what pays for it. We do not write, choose or endorse the ads, and we are not responsible for anything they link to. What that advertising means for your privacy is described on the privacy page.
No warranty, and the limits of our liability
The game is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, it may contain mistakes, and it may change or end without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes, and the law that applies
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them, and
continuing to play means the new version applies. These terms are governed by the law
of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting
any consumer rights you have where you live.

This page is a genuine draft written from what the product actually does, and it is not legal advice. Operator, contact, jurisdiction and date are filled in (jurisdiction assumed England and Wales — correct it if that is wrong); two things remain:
- Have it reviewed by someone qualified where you are. Consumer terms, liability limits and jurisdiction clauses all depend on that.
- Read the same notice on the privacy page about the consent mechanism (CMP) that Google requires for EEA, UK and Swiss traffic. It is mandatory, and it is a deployment step.
